We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can be the
friendly face and helpful voice of our busy dealership. If you’re
organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Greet customers
in-person and over the phone with professionalism and a smile
Schedule appointments Act as a liaison between customers and
service advisors Check up on customers in the showroom Help keep
the lobby, organized, and welcoming MONDAY-FRIDAY 7AM- 6PM;
SATURDAY 7:00AM-5:00PM Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Prior experience in customer
service (auto industry is a plus) Comfortable with computers,
scheduling software, and multitasking E ducation/Experience High
school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three
months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
