SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Maintenance Supervisor, Electrical provides
leadership and oversight of all electrical maintenance execution
activities including personnel, with the objective of ensuring
safe, quality work practices while maximizing availability of
equipment across the facility. This position is located in

Demonstrate proactive safety leadership to the Maintenance team.
Responsible for the safety and well-being of the Electrical
Execution team, leads by example to set and maintain a positive
safety culture of compliance and continuous improvement. Coach,
mentor and lead maintenance team members to reach their full
potential. Ensure competent labor availability to cover critical
activities. Stakeholder in the development, implementation and
ongoing support of the Integrated Activity Planning & Scheduling
process for RGLNG Lead the execution activities for all SCE,
Statutory, and Federal Regulations and manage associated compliance
processes including deferrals, backlog etc. Responsible for the
electrical maintenance execution activities of all breakdowns,
corrective and preventative maintenance in the facility Adhere to
all relevant company policies procedures and legislative
requirements Provide support to the leadership of the Turnaround
Team prior and during Turnarounds Lead electrical teams in the
execution of the major maintenance of plant and unit shutdowns
Responsible to safely complete all planned activities on the locked
schedule, maximizing tool time and minimizing cost & deferrals.
Stakeholder in the review of materials and parts optimization
Demonstrate continuous improvement, value adding programs and cost
saving initiatives Provide coverage for the maintenance
superintendent as required. Deliver the required maintenance
execution meetings, including HSSE meetings, pre-starts, work
allocation tasks, toolboxes etc. Attend execution work fronts on a
daily basis Assess and maintain tooling inventory and calibration
requirements equipment as required Subject Matter Expert (SME) for
all Electrical Maintenance activities. Minimum Requirements High
school diploma or GED. Current Licensed Electrician Qualification
in Texas or the ability to obtain. 5 years LNG Export Facility
experience in an Electrical Maintenance Execution leadership role
supervising Maintenance personnel, preferred 10 years experience in
LNG/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries in a supervisory position.
Competent at interpreting Engineering Drawings and Documentation
i.e. Schematic, SLD, P&ID, ISO, GA, etc Must have experience
with the testing and inspection of Safety Critical Elements (SCE),
to meet Statutory and Federal Regulatory compliance. Familiar with
NEC, NEMA, NFPA and Hazardous Area Standards Experience in GOAL
setting and performance management. Exceptional working knowledge
of CMMS systems (SAP or Similar) Experience developing critical
Maintenance procedures. Exceptional working knowledge of an MOC
process. Experience in frontline leadership. Experience leading a
crew during Turnaround events Relevant electrical maintenance
experience including HV & MV systems, and associated transformers
and switchgear. Experience developing HV & MV switching sheets for
safe access Experience with Power Management systems and LV systems
and controls. Experience with UPS and battery systems Experience
with Variable Speed Drives and motor controls. Must be experienced
in Permit to Work systems and processes. Must be experienced in
writing/reviewing/endorsing Work Instructions. Ability to get a
Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC). Preferred
Requirements Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance Electrical
or similar. Job Site Work Environment · Must be able to wear all
necessary PPE equipment to perform job functions. · Operates in a
complex construction environment. · Exposure to indoor and outdoor
weather conditions. · Not necessarily protected from weather and
temperature changes. Possible exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or
windy weather conditions. · Exposure to moving mechanical parts and
electrical circuits. · Exposure to constant or intermittent sounds
of a pitch level sufficient to cause marked distraction. ·

such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and
