Provide expert, compassionate neonatal intensive care for
critically ill newborns and infants Manage ventilators and advanced
respiratory support including HFNC, SiPAP, and HFOV Perform and
assist with procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, and
central/PICC line care Monitor and titrate complex infusions using
feeding pumps and IV pumps while maintaining precise documentation
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and
implement individualized care plans Educate and support families
through high-stress situations with patience and clear
communication Accurately document patient care in the EMR
(CPN/Meditech) and ensure continuity at handoff Qualifications
Active RN credential (Registered Nurse) required NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) certification required STABLE certification
required Minimum 2 years of NICU Level III-IV experience required;
posting lists 4 years of overall experience Proven experience with
ventilator management and advanced neonatal procedures (intubation,
central/PICC line care) Comfortable working in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment and providing family-centered care
Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of Neonatal Intensive Care
practices and neonatal resuscitation Experience with ventilators
and respiratory modalities: HFNC, SiPAP, HFOV, mechanical
ventilation Skill in central line, PICC, and PIV management and
troubleshooting Proficient with feeding pumps, IV pumps, and other
NICU equipment Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically
CPN/Meditech Ability to perform or assist with intubations and
