Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team in providing exceptional care tailored to the needs of seniors in our long-term care facilities in Texas. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage nursing staff while ensuring the highest quality of care and compliance with healthcare regulations during weekend shifts. Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure top-quality care and compliance with health regulations during weekend shifts. Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual resident needs. Manage patient documentation and ensure accurate maintenance of health records. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Handle any emergencies effectively using clinical expertise. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical practices and protocols Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively Compassion towards elderly patients and understanding of elder care needs 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
