Job Description:

Trancasa USA, Inc.Is looking for a qualified--Quality Compliance Specialist--with brilliant accounting, analytical skills, and--ISO standards. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in the implementation, auditing, and assessment of ISO certifications. In charge of verifying that all processing follows strict regulations to prevent issues.Main duties:* Identify and assess areas of significant business risk.* Implement the best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.* Manage corrective and preventive action system* Manage resources and audit assignments.* Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.* Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice.* Compile and implement the annual Internal Audit plan.* Conduct ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.* Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.* Ensure complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.* Overall supervision of planned annual audits.Skills:* Associate's degree in Quality Assurance, or equivalent training.* 2 years' experience ISO 9000/9001* Bilingual (English/Spanish).* Excellent customer service skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Proficient with Microsoft Office.* Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Trancasa USA, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
