Incumbent may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.Meets sales and referral goals by proactively acquiring new customer relationships by making presentations, leveraging centers of influence and through outbound callingUses profiling methods to uncover and understand the customer's financial needs, to find solutions to cross sell based on need and refer customers to bank partners for specialized products and servicesProvides world-class customer service and creates a positive banking experienceWorks with customers to resolve customer service issuesPerforms various account maintenanceOpens new consumer and business accountsProcesses consumer loansAssists with teller transactions and/or customer interactions, as neededComplies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established bank policies and proceduresMaintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML Offers world-class customer service and greet every customer in a way that makes them feel welcomeBuilds effective rapport with each customer to uncover additional products and services to meet the customer's needs and to achieve personal sales goalsComplies with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established bank policies and proceduresQUALIFICATIONSThese specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory performance of this position. Individual abilities may result in some deviation from these guidelines.High School Diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 1 year of sales and service experienceMinimum of six months of previous experience working as a Personal Banker or TellerStrong customer relations and interpersonal skills are essentialExperience using personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookAttention to detail and a high degree of mental concentrationAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesMust be able to work flexible hours as scheduled Monday through Friday, and Saturday rotation (hours will fluctuate as business needs dictate)Banking experience is desiredPrior cash handling experience is preferredHigh level customer sales and service experience is desiredBilingual in English and Spanish is desiredORGANIZATIONThis position reports to the Banking Center ManagerThis position does not oversee other positionsTRAINING REQUIREMENTSAll employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function.
